Is there a quick way to delete all guides?

This video explains how you can delete guides by dragging them back into the ruler:

However it does not state whether it is possible to delete all guides in a quick way. Is there a shortcut for that?

No, but there is a plugin: Figma - Clear Guides | Clears guides! To run, select from the Plugin menu, or right-click > Plugins > Clear Guide...
