Figma team admin is locked out of the project

We have a Figma team with 5 members and one of them (me) activated the Figma for Education. Now the whole team needs the education verification.

The problem is that the owner of the team, tried to verify itself, however the process failed. Using the institution email is out of bounds once this account is using their personal email.

Now we can’t change the team config and no one can edit, even the owner of the project.

How can we recover the team to use the free plan? There’s a way to configure or to reset config or event transfer ownership on this situation?

Hiya @Zoey_de_Souza_Pessanha - apologies with account issues. I did see that you have an open ticket with support, and that someone has reached out to assist you further.

I’d recommend that you check your spam folder if you did not receive that message, as I’m not able to disclose any account info for security and privacy persons on the forum.
