Using iPad + Pencil in Figjam is great to be able to jot down ideas in the form of hand written notes.

I write at various angles — depending on how my iPad is positioned — and my notes begin to run diagonally on the page; when this happens, it becomes very difficult to select specific text using the existing select tool because it only operates as a rectangle selection.

Other tools — e.g., Jamboard — allow users to use a “Pen Select Tool” to be able to draw a selection area with better specificity than a rectangle box.
