I have the create image function working with things like gifs, pngs, and jpegs, but I’m trying to import webps into figma but getting the unsupported image type error. Is there some better documentation for createImage, or anything I can do to add webps?
I noticed that I’m able to copy paste webp images into figma, so I was hoping the api would support them too.
Figma doesn’t support WebP images. When you paste one, it gets converted to PNG with no way to retrieve the original WebP file.
