Access to files when paid subscription ends

Hello there! I bought subscription on Professional plan for one month to see what it’s all about. Now subscription is over and my team on which Professional plan was applied is locked. I have “view only” access to the files created in the team. I canceled subscription but Figma still wants to charge me for the next month. Can I renew access to the files or this team will be on Professional plan forever from now on?

Hi there Fedorenko, for account related issues like this we ask for you to reach out directly to our support team. You can do this by using the in-app help widget (the little “?” in the bottom right of Figma) or by emailing them directly support @ figma .com
