I paid a designer to design a project for me and he already completed it and turned it over to me as the owner. Therefore, i tried to remove all other accounts that can view the project but i was unable to do so. I am only able send invite through “share” option, but unable to “remove” account. What could be the problem?
Hey @Daniel_Oluwatosin_Ogunniyi – I did some digging. Based on your screenshot, it looks like there’s a banner that shows the file you’re working on is in a student team.
I highly suspect that the file you are trying to share may not have permissions set as expected.
Can you tell me the name of the file you are trying to move? You can PM that to me if you’d prefer. I can look into this a bit more.
I would actually prefer to DM you directly, but i’m not sure how.
Also, I am not sure if my project was created using student plan or team, but the project has already been turned over to me as the owner. After a few days, i was required to verify my status, with a “locked” icon on the file i intend to restrict people’s access to. I do not intend register as a student and the like, but I just want to have the ability to remove all unwanted access to the design as the owner. Attached is the banner you were referring to.
