Hi, I’ve seen that this has happened to a couple of people, and I was shocked to see that instead of being charged $15 for my monthly seat, I was charged for 7 seats (that’s $120+ USD). I really need a refund since I did not authorize these extra charges, and right now I can’t afford this. I need help from support. I have already requested a refund, and my ticket is currently pending.
Has anyone with this issue been able to successfully file for a refund? Any advice or assistance from the community would be greatly appreciated!
