- I chose a subscription for 1 designer seat £14/mo.
- Without any warning Figma changed that and sent me an invoice of £50.40 GBP for 3 seats. Which couldn’t be processed.
- Subscription has been blocked.
- I contacted support asking for help, I did not receive an answer and it has now been a week. Figma is still trying to charge me.
- The interface is not helpful. It’s not easy to even find the members tab. Eventually I managed to change the members permissions to correct the plan.
My support ticket is #1008641. My design process is blocked. Please help?
