Figma overcharged me. Support is not responding for 1 week now


  1. I chose a subscription for 1 designer seat £14/mo.
  2. Without any warning Figma changed that and sent me an invoice of £50.40 GBP for 3 seats. Which couldn’t be processed.
  3. Subscription has been blocked.
  4. I contacted support asking for help, I did not receive an answer and it has now been a week. Figma is still trying to charge me.
  5. The interface is not helpful. It’s not easy to even find the members tab. Eventually I managed to change the members permissions to correct the plan.

My support ticket is #1008641. My design process is blocked. Please help?

I checked on our backend and the support team replied to you yesterday. They have adjusted your invoice and send you a new payment link.
