This would easily be the worst billing nightmare. I updated my credit card on Figma because the past one had expired. All my guest users/ viewers got instantly charged as full seats (Monthly Figma members). There is no way to write to billing support. How do I resolve this issue?

On a side note, while this might not be directly related, I wanted to mention that if you’re on a paid plan and want to prevent people from upgrading to a paid seat without permission, you can set the default seat type to “viewer-restricted.”
