Pro plan issue

Jet Games FZ-LLC

Hello,

I reached out to technical support regarding an issue with transferring a project or team from another workspace. (ticket #125939)  However, I received an automated response stating that I am on a Starter plan, while I actually have an active subscription on the Pro plan.

How can I resolve this issue?
