I’m trying to draw an arrow with pointed ends like the left hand arrow in the below image & instead my arrows look like the ones on the right -
Changing the miter angle and join doesn’t have any effect, what am I missing here?

Thanks but I can’t find a property which seems to affect this.
Don’t use the Arrow tool. The arrow must be completely drawn with the Pen tool.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll do that if I have to but it seems crazy to not be able to use the in-built shape for this.
