Paste over selection shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V) not working

The new copy paste update is great. However the " Paste over selection" shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V) is not working.
It does nothing in the standalone and in the browser either.
It works when selecting from the menu.

Windows 10
US keyboard layout.
