Noto sans and other vernacular fonts are not working in figma showing blank, It’s working with Only Arial Unicode MS. I also Checked it with Adobe XD all fonts are working properly.

Noto Sans has multiple variations for different languages, are you picking the correct one? For Chinese, for example, you need to choose Noto Sans SC. It probably works for you in XD because they are able to simply show default/system fallback fonts.
