Is "Paste and match style" (Ctrl+Shift+V) not working with external file?

Hi, I’m so tired of copy-paste text in Figma. I just want when it to copy-paste, it will match the style of the destination text object. So I found Ctrl+Shift+V to save me. But It turns out it’s not working when I copy a text from an external file. It will paste the previous text that I copied (woaaa 🙂 ). Meanwhile, The “Ctrl+V” paste the right text, but it doesn’t match the style. Does that happen to only me?
