Not sure if it is my internet or Figma bug, but layers panel(left) is not rendering when the file is loading.
Tried reload, restart figma, etc., Nothing seem to work. Help me fix this issue. Thanks.

I don’t see either side panel and there is no “Panels” option on the View menu.
Sorry, but I can’t confirm this.
And if you don’t see both panels and toolbar, then you need to use the Show/Hide UI feature.
