Why does the “Hide/Show UI” key-command NOW ALSO SHOW COMMENTS? How does this make sense? Where did you come up with this idea? Comments has already had its own SHIFT+C key-command. Why can’t you just leave the UI alone – are you getting paid extra to just to randomly change functions?
Hey @Chen_John, thanks for flagging this!
But I just tried to repro, and I’m not seeing this issue.
Using the Show/Hide UI shortcuts: Cmd+\ on Mac and Ctrl+\ on Windows, comments don’t show unless you toggle them to be visible using the Shift+C keyboard shortcut or already checked them as visible using Quick actions (Cmd+/) prior to using the show/hide UI shortcut.
What OS are you using, and are you able to share a screen recording of what you’re seeing on your end?
I see it too. If you Shift+C to hide comments, then Cmd+\ to toggle UI off and back on, when the UI turns back on comments come back with it. Basically the UI toggle controls the UI and the comments, regardless of how comments are set to display.
Why can’t you just leave the UI alone – are you getting paid extra to just to randomly change functions?
Calm down man, lol
