Where is ability to increase UI size?

There used to be options in preferences to increase or decrease the size of the UI. What happened to these options?

I can still find it in View menu on desktop app. Try using shortcut Shift Alt Cmd (Ctrl) = or Shift Alt Cmd (Ctrl) - ?
