I have a question while watching the Figma analysis. What is the difference between insert and instance?
Instance is a copy of the component, but I wonder why there is a difference in the number of insert and the number of uses.
Is it the difference between import and using a library or copying components?

Once an insert is created, it can be used multiple times within the project.
Instances are copies of an insert that have been placed within a design project. Unlike regular copies, instances are linked to their original insert, which means that any changes made to the insert will be automatically reflected in all of its instances.
