I want to easily create the UI for my Plugin.
What is the recommended component framework to use?
I mean, if I want to use tab-pages, cards, … I do not want to build those myself.
If I want to bind to button-clicks, checkbox-clicks… I want to have the easyness of for example Angular (which I know, but probably will be to heavy for Figma plugin).
So what is the best/recommended framework, or maybe: what is the framework used by Figma to write it’s pages?

I can’t recommend anything because I don’t know the details of the project. You decide what to use depending on your needs. But, for example, here is what is mentioned in the developer documentation:
