UCLA Extension charged me a large sum of money for a User Experience Level I course and then declined to offer any assistance for anything in the course. They mentioned Figma as an alternative to Adobe for the wireframe assignments. SJSU did the same thing: Take my money then ghost me and let me Google everything on my own without offering any assistance. Do you have a Tech Support or Customer Service who can help me navigate how to create a prototype model using your program? The assignment is due 11 pm Tuesday and I need help ASAP. Thanks.

Hey @Matthew_Frazier_Xyphoid_Pictur, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear this happened!

First off, I edited your original topic to redact your personal info for your privacy and security reasons.

We do have a Technical support team that can help assist you, but you need to have an existing file to share what you’re trying to accomplish. As a start, I would check out Figma’s Guide to Prototyping as well as our Beginner Tutorials on YouTube.

From there, if you need additional help, you can include a link to your file, and the community can take a closer look and offer guidance, when possible.

this is greatfull content for everyone thank you for post this
