Unable to select font style from published library

Hey folks,

I’ve very recently run into this issue.

I have some font styles that are stored in a published library. From another file that consumes the library, I can’t select the font style at all.

:white_check_mark: Figma is up-to-date
:white_check_mark: Library has no updates to publish and file consuming library has all the latest updates
:white_check_mark: I’ve restarted and closed and re-opened both files
:negative_squared_cross_mark: I haven’t unpusblished/republished yet (not keen to really!)

In my video, I’m actually clicking on “App/14” and Figma isn’t responding to it. Changing to a local style seems to work fine.

Gah — I’ve worked it out — user error my end!

Turns out my library is using the new version of Inter and as I’ve been between machines, this one didn’t have it installed.

Would have been nice to get a “font not found” message though.

Either way, for anyone else experiencing this, ensure the target font is installed locally (duh!)
