The plus icon(or the post creation button as I like to call it.) has fixed slected in prototyping but it still scrolling when I scroll the background page, can someone help me fix it plz?

As far as i know, it’s impossible to fix an element that is nested in the second level frame. You need to move it up.
Besides seems like you overdone layers hierarchy. Plus your content is hidden in the file. How you supposed to edit it? I think it would be better this way

The overlapping and hiding has been done to create a scrollable page in app, actually everything I’ve learnt is through YouTube and different web sources, this is the only effective way I could find of creating a scrollable page…kindly suggest a better way if you know.
The page is still scrollable in my video. Besides, fixed elements will be fixed at the bottom on any device you open it this way. Why not use this method?
