Something wrong with my Figma app

I found that my file didn’t upload, then I close my Figma, after that I opened my Figma, but every file keeping shown loading, keep a while time, they show me some error code. I tried to clear the cache, an restart my computer, but it dosen’t work. But I can open those file with websit, I’m sure that my network is ok, only Figma app can’t work. So it’s somebody can tell me, how to solve this problem?Thx!

Uninstall - Reinstall might work.

I tried this way, but still dosen’t work.

Check your firewall/ antivirus that might be blocking the connection of app.

Still no work, I just tried, close the firewall, T.T, really thank you, I got Figma app, open my Figma file in webside, there no ‘Open with Figma app’, it still show ‘Get desktop app’

Could be login issue as well. Do read this article.

I have no problem logging into my own account from my colleague’s computer. It’s only my computer’s problem.

What OS are you using? Have you tried clearing your desktop app’s cache?
Are you able to share a screenshot of the error code you’re receiving?

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app
  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/”{Desktop,DesktopProfile}
  3. Try opening the desktop app again

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on Windows:

  1. Close the Figma desktop app
  2. Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter: %APPDATA%\Figma
  3. In the window that opens, delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist
  4. Launch the desktop app again
