Smart Animate on Carousel (not working now?)

Hello

I made a smart animate carousel that sizes up 3 pictures nicely a few months back. Has the send image small and it grows as you drag across screen.

But now I try to do the same thing in Figma - and I cannot link to the images to program the smart animate…it just wants to connect to the mobile screen itself.

How can I program any transition to the cards - if I can’t even get the menu screen to link to the cards anymore here? Have I forgotten something - have Figma stopped this at all?

HELP PLEASE as I need to find a way to do this now.
