Sharing bug

I experience this a couple times a week. This bug has been around for what feels like forever. It almost always occurs at the most annoying time when I quickly need to share a design as part of a Slack discussion. The only way to fix this is to close and reopen Figma.

Does anyone else experience this?

Yo can clear cache as the following steps:

  1. Clear your app cache (directions below)
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Log into the browser
  4. Try to log into the Desktop app again.

You can clear the desktop app cache on a Mac in the Help menu under Troubleshooting. If you’d prefer to manually clear your cache you can:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app
  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma"
  3. Try opening the desktop app again

Before clearing cache, please make sure you have no unsaved tasks!
