Figma supports setting comment notification preferences at the File level: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039813234-Manage-your-notification-preferences#:~:text=the%20following events%3A-,File%20comments,-All%20comments%20on

It would be nice to extend this functionality to the Page level (within a File).
