Removing a 1 pixel border

I have a situation where I have two frames each frame has an image that are butted up against each other. When I preview it in my email I notice a green 1 pixel line. The green is the background color, meaning there is a slight gap between images.

How do I remove the 1 pixel line, so the images are touching perfectly???
