I have problems uploading images here, but I will try explaining:
I provide users with the option to enter their name, for instance, and then the chatbox responds using the provided name. While I can see the name throughout the entire session on the browser, it only works in the initial section on my mobile device.
Bugs need to be reported to Figma support so they are properly tracked: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374 You will have to share a file link and screen recordings of what’s happening so the team can understand the issue.
