Problems logging into Figma with SSO

I am on a corporate work laptop, specifically a 16’ MBP. I am not on VPN but any time I try to use the Desktop app, it wants me to login via SSO in the browser. I login in the browser and get to my Figma home page. Open a file, go to the “Open in Desktop app” and it launches the Figma app and takes me BACK to the SSO login page again and keeps doing this over and over and over and over again.

I have no idea what to do. Please help.

This is not a problem when using Figma through the browser but I’d rather not use the browser.

Thanks for reaching out. If it’s limited to the Desktop app, then clearing your cache should help resolve the issue. You can clear the desktop app cache on a Mac in the Help menu under Troubleshooting. Please make sure all content is saved in the browser before the cache clearing so you won’t lose unsaved content.
