Picture move when the "general scroll" move (Audi website page look in middle scroll page)

Hi everyone, i’m trying to search a video or a topic on subject but i didn’t found, i will try to recreate the “Audi website fr” first page , i can do anything on this page, but i have ONE Problem, the picture in the middle of page ( with a rear light) move in down when i scroll the page down and the same in up, i’m trying to make the same in figma but i don’t find, that’s i think easy but i don’t know how to do that… :’(
