"overlay layers" to easily disable and enable groups of elements on top of each other

Hello,
I would like to be able to overlay a set of elements on top of each other and to easily hide them in order to have 2 levels of information.

My use case is:
I want to be able to show the product roadmap over the development team roadmap and be able to interchange them in depth, being able to show one or both.
