- We provided one of our clients a file link with “Can view” only access only.
- This file is within a Team.
- This client is now getting email notifications of ALL comments, for ALL files, within the Team.
HERE’S WHAT WE CHECKED:
- We checked the Team "Members’, they do not have access.
- We went to “Admin view”, they do not have “Editor” access.
HOW DO WE RESOLVE IT?
We aren’t sure how this possible.
We don’t want our client viewing/accessing comments on all files within a Team
