Our client is getting email notifications of all comments, for all files, within our team

  • We provided one of our clients a file link with “Can view” only access only.
  • This file is within a Team.
  • This client is now getting email notifications of ALL comments, for ALL files, within the Team.

HERE’S WHAT WE CHECKED:

  1. We checked the Team "Members’, they do not have access.
  2. We went to “Admin view”, they do not have “Editor” access.

HOW DO WE RESOLVE IT?
We aren’t sure how this possible.
We don’t want our client viewing/accessing comments on all files within a Team
