"No team user" error when clicking "Get Dev Mode"

I am trying to install a plugin to convert a design to code. It looks like I need to “get dev mode” before I can do that, as the plugins don’t give me anything to click to install them. When I click “get dev mode” I get the cryptic error “No team user” at the bottom of the page with no other indication of what to do next. What do I need to do? Thanks!

Hello @Matt_White1, Thank you for reaching out about this issue. It seems like you need to access the Dev Mode feature to use that plugin.

Dev Mode is accessible to users on all paid plans with full Design seats, and for users on Org or Enterprise plans with full Dev Mode only seats (Dev Mode only is not available on Pro).

One common reason users may be unable to access this feature is if the file they are working on is not located in the upgraded team (e.g., the file is in a free Starter plan team).
Please keep in mind that to use Dev Mode, you will need to request access to join the respective team or organization.

It looks like you need to enable developer mode to install the plugin. The “No team user” error may indicate a missing account or incorrect team settings. Try checking your account settings to make sure you’ve joined or created your team correctly.
