No Figma Support Response - Figma Access without Permission

It’s been over three days since I filed a support ticket.

On Oct 3rd I had a designer from my sister company manage to access my team’s Figma organization account without my Admin permission. She has an account with the other company, but our Figma accounts are separate. However, she was managed to change her seat role and view files that required invite only.

She never had access to this account or was given access to view files on this account. This is really concerning to me. The some can easily break into my Figma organization account without being given permission from the Admin, which is me.

I can confirm that we received your 1st support request on Friday ticket #1141087, and again on Saturday ticket #1141352. Support aims to reply within a few business days, so over the weekends, while we do have some support reps online, it may take longer than usual for a reply.

That said, I’ve escalated your ticket from Friday on your behalf. Someone from support will review it on priority and be in touch as soon as they can.
