I am a newly registered user, how do I restore to the old version?
I don’t know this software at all and need to take online paid courses.
After spending money, I found that all online paid courses were old versions.
The new version cannot cope with it,
It is very painful to learn, and it is often difficult to find the objects explained in the video.
Just looking for these buttons takes more time than studying.
But I can’t find a newer version of the course either.
Please help me!

While UI3 is still in beta, users on paid plans, as well as users who created their account prior to June 2024, will be able to toggle back to the previous UI.
Can you please confirm if you’ve created your Figma account after June 2024?
Then unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the option “Go back to previous UI” to return to the previous UI.

You guys destroyed Figma with this UI. I will just cancel my paid subscription because the UI absolutely make no sense.
I can pay the fee, no problem, but I only became a member as recently as August, so my screenshot only has these options, and it seems there is no option to restore the old version? So I purchase the Figma online course for my country Is it a loss? (Because I can’t understand it at all, and as a beginner, I have no idea, so it is very, very difficult to learn the keys of the old version from the new version)
Hey @quakerh0410, I totally get how frustrating it must be to spend money on courses only to find out they’re working with the previous UI.
I wouldn’t see it as a loss thought! I know it’s challenging but it might be worth adjusting to the new UI right away as it could save you time and effort down the road (as far as we know, the new UI is here to stay, and the current plan is to become the standard for everyone eventually).

This really helped me when I was getting used to the new UI and I hope it does the same for you.
As you check it out, you’ll be able to notice that all the functionality you learned about is still there; it’s just laid out differently. And don’t forget, if you get stuck, the community forum is a great place to ask questions—everyone’s super helpful.
If you’d still prefer to use the old UI, you do have the option to upgrade to the Professional plan, which allows you to revert back to the previous UI version.
