I can’t work in my design files anymore and have been locked out.
‘Your Educational plan has expired - Education team members need to verify their status to keep collaborating…’
I used to have a private educational plan I used to work on the design file… since introduction on the Desing file system by Figma I’m getting this error message.
Thinks I have tried:
- created a company account (paid) assigned to the companies team space
- emptied the browser and app cache, deleted and reinstalled the app
- logged out from all devices
Is it because the Owner of the company team space is still on educational plan? But then all my other colleagues have no issues working on their files…
