Navigation Prototype hover

Hello all, I am trying to figure out how to do this sub nav hover effect here (https://www.arsenal.com/). Default colour is white, on hover the colour stays the same with the bottom bar but all the other items change to grey. I’m trying figure out who to make all the other items grey out like the example.
