I’ve recently moved from Sketch to Figma. Our System Design of Al Jazeera Media Network’s news website is huge. I was able to successfully migrate it completely in a very short time. It was a great migration project. I too much miss the feature of moving a selected layer by clicking option+command and dragging anywhere in the canvas. I can’t tell how important is this feature. I am about to cry 
… Hopefully someone from Tech team in Figma takes it in consideration
