Its difficult to go to individual frames and deselect unlock icon, Instead can we introduce a common lock (Select/Deselect all) layers or collapse all frames?

Do you want to unlock all locked objects? Enter “Unlock all objects” in Quick actions.
Its very hard to find and do the action, rather having it on top front makes it easy UX
