I have already verified my Student Plan, and I’m trying to follow the instructions provided here to verify the team, but the “View Settings” option doesn’t appear. Since I can’t access “View Settings,” I tried upgrading my plan to the Professional level, but the page keeps loading and nothing happens.
Hello @Grazzia, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’d like to suggest a few things for you to check:
- Could you please try logging out and then logging back into Figma using the same email address you used to verify your Education status?
- Would you mind confirming if you currently have “edit access” to the team in question?
From what I’ve tested on my end, lacking edit access to a team means you won’t see the ‘View settings’ option in the dropdown menu.
And, I appreciate you sharing the screenshot. Looking at the banner displayed on your screen, it seems like this team may already be set up as an education team.
While I can’t say for certain, given the situation you’ve described, you might have been invited to an existing Education team with ‘can view’ access.
If you’re in need of edit access to this team, you might consider reaching out to the team owner or clicking the [Request to edit] button.
