Issue with not receiving figma update

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to bring to your attention that I have not received the latest update for Figma on my account.

I have already tried restarting Figma and checking my internet connection, but the update prompt hasn’t appeared. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or steps I can take to ensure that I receive the latest updates as soon as possible.

Are you referring to the redesigned Figma? The redesigned Figma is rolling out gradually over the coming months.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to turn it on on an individual basis. However, Figma will notify you when you have access to the redesign.

If you think you may have missed onboarding to the new experience, you can always check the Help and resources menu by clicking on the ? in the lower right hand corner and seeing if you see an option to “Use new Figma design”. If you do not see this option in the menu, you do not have access to the redesign yet.

So we still have to wait right? i don’t have the option to “Use new Figma design” yet but i requested the day the updates were rolled out. Colleagues and friends have received theirs but i haven’t.

Hey @brandon22 , yes if you don’t have the option to use the new UI3, Figma will send you a notification when it’s your turn to explore the new UI. UI3 will be rolling out gradually to users over the next few months. Stay tuned!
