Is there a way to make the hotspot hint to always appear? (Not just on click)

I want to guide users through the prototype by having the hints appear fixed on screen by default. So when the user opens the prototype, the clickable area would already have the hint flashing over it to show them where they are supposed to click. It wouldn’t appear on just actions such as a click.

Is there a way to add this functionality?

There is no such functionality but you can just draw some rectangles in correct spots if you want fixed hints.
