I want to make an adaptable header for a Design System so the designer can just adjust de size manually and the header will adapt to the one that they need to use, is this possible?

You can use variants, swap instances, and/or modes to change between different headers for different breakpoints, but that would need to be done manually by the designer.

But there are several plugins that can automatically change elements as you scale frames.
