Is it possible to animate a wink?

I have been trying for the last 4 hours to animate a simple splash screen on my prototype. I want to have the image at the bottom come in first then the type/logo and the last is the dot over the “i” in Valentino’s blink (like an eye opening and closing/winking). I am just starting out and I did search for solutions/examples but have found none.

I would also like to know the maximum amount time a splash screen should be visible before it goes t the next screen.
