Hello all, I am looking for help related to a recent incident that happened with me.
I’m unable to access my own file which I worked on last night, I shared a prototype out of it with a client, and after couple of hours, he complaint about losing access, When I checked, my project was disappeared, not in trash or draft even.
The only owner and edit was me only.
Please help me with this or if anyone from Figma officials can help me with this.

Can you share the error message and/or a quick screenshot of what you see?
Have you checked if the team where the file is located might have been deleted? If you’re the team owner, you may have received a confirmation email from Figma. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

@Celine_Figma Maybe I did not able to communicate my question - I created a draft (outside any team) a week ago (I was the owner and gave edit rights to one more user) and shared a public link from that, Until yesterday, I was able view and share the project. Today morning, that draft disappeared, and the public link I shared asking for “request access” - I have already submitted the ticket to support few hours ago, still waiting for the response - ticket [#1164496]
I did not deleted the draft, also did not receive any email from Figma even in the spam

Our support team was able to investigate further your issue and was able to find a fix.
If you still haven’t seen their reply, here’s the details:
This file was located within the draft folder of a team that you no longer have access to.
My team has moved your drafts to your ‘drafts to move’ section in your account. You should now be able to access the drafts from the team you no longer have access to, and move them to a desired team of your own.
If you have further questions, feel free to reply directly by email, your support ticket will re-open automatically.
