How to Switch Figma Billing from Annual to Monthly?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently on Figma’s annual billing plan, but I need to switch to monthly billing starting this month.

Our company’s accounting system requires us to prepare approval documents for either annual or monthly payments once a year, and these documents are used to process our expenses. Last year, due to an employee mistake, our plan was switched to annual billing in the middle of the cycle, so we had to stick with the annual payment. Now, we need to change to monthly billing moving forward.

I know that Figma’s billing is based on the number of editors with design seats. To create the necessary approval documents and switch to monthly billing, I tried adjusting the actual number of editors. However, the editor count is stuck at 26 and won’t change, no matter what I do.

Has anyone else experienced this? How can I successfully switch to monthly billing based on our current editor count?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
