How do I change the frame title colour?

Hi,
How do I change the frame title colour?
It is white which is unique to me and I can’t see it.
All the other frame titles are grey by default but this frame title is white and I can’t figure out how to change it.

Hm, it looks like a bug, I can’t replicate this issue on my end.
