Font Issue - Figma

We have an issue on our Figma in which we are still encountering an issue on our Figma pages. We have updated our font style to Avenir, and ever since we made this update, we keep having alignment issues with the text.

For example, in the attached video (skip to 0:40s), the spacing of two sections is both set to 2, but they keep getting misaligned. The alignment corrects itself once we click on the text box. However, this is only a temporary fix. Each time we reopen the Figma file, the misalignment returns, requiring us to manually click every text box to realign them.

This has become quite time-consuming and frustrating. To avoid this ongoing issue, can you please investigate what might be causing this problem in Figma and provide a solution?

This sounds related to a bug our team has already been investigating since June. We’ll pass this topic including your video to assist our team in reproducing the issue in order to work on the fix.

Just for information, up to this day, we are encountering the error regarding the font style. May I know if support team was able to figure out the cause? We are nearing the printing date of our file and we need this to be urgently resolved.

Please let me know the resolution so I can fix our pages.
