File Error whenever I request to edit

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue where I get an error loading a specific file within my workspace whenever I request edit access. I can view the file from my personal and corporate account (on desktop app and browser), but as soon as I request edit access I get this error code: Error ID: 87bf55c2920f471aa5d103056fdcd7cd.

I can open other files within the workspace in edit mode and have no issue. The file is our product design file so it’s pretty critical I get access to it. I filed a bug report with Figma but haven’t found a solution yet. I tried clearing my cache, deleting and redownloading, browser and desktop app etc. - no luck :frowning:

Same problem here! Did you solve it? I saw several posts with the same problem but didn’t find any solution yet :melting_face:

Are you seeing the same error message on your end? Can you share a screenshot with me? Is it happening in the browser, desktop app or both?

Also please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)
