Figma mobile app not updating on Android 13

Lately I haven’t been able to get past the update screen on the Figma app on Android 13. Here are the steps I followed:

  • Open app
  • Login
  • Get to “update required” screen
  • This opens up the Google Play page, but it never loads - I just see a spinner.

I’ve tried uninstalling, clearing cache and storage - no luck so far.

It looks definitely odd. Are you able to provide a screen recording of what you see on your end to our teams (with the following troubleshoot you have tried): here?

This sounds like it could possibly be a bug, and we’d like our support team to investigate. Sorry for any disruption to your work!
